Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Helping Your Sensitive Child Manage Big Feelings (Without Adding to Your Own Anxiety): A Therapist-Led Course (“the Course”).

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in this Course, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

  1. Overview

This Course is offered by Gayle Weill, LCSW as an educational program designed for informational and personal growth purposes only. This Course is not a substitute for therapy or medical advice.

  1. Not Therapy or Medical Advice

While Gayle Weill is a licensed therapist, this Course does not establish a therapist-client relationship. Participation does not constitute psychotherapy, clinical treatment, or a therapeutic relationship. If you are in need of therapy or medical support, please consult a licensed provider in your area.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. By purchasing this Course, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

  1. Coaching Calls

This Course includes four (4) individual coaching calls. These sessions are for educational and guidance purposes only. They are not therapy sessions and are not meant to diagnose, treat, or assess mental health conditions. Calls must be used within 3 months of purchase, and scheduling is subject to availability. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress or are in need of mental health care, please seek support from a licensed therapist in your state or country. This course is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

  1. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Course and the inclusion of one-on-one coaching sessions, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to the course materials has been granted or a coaching session has been scheduled. If you are unsure whether this course is right for you, please contact us before purchasing.

  1. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and modules are the intellectual property of Gayle Weill, LCSW. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission. Course access is for individual use only.

  1. Technology and Access

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the technology necessary to access the Kajabi platform and Zoom for coaching calls. We are not responsible for issues related to user error, software compatibility, or internet access.

  1. User Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully in coaching calls and any related communication. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of access to the Course and forfeiture of any remaining coaching calls, without a refund.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Course is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, about your specific results. Your outcomes depend on your individual circumstances and efforts.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course, including coaching calls.

  1. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Coaching sessions are confidential but are not protected under psychotherapy confidentiality laws.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Course after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
